For me, I usually never take the dark side path even though games like KOTOR gives you the choice to do so. When I choose an evil action (for testing purposes because I want to know the outcome), I felt terrible. That's how I sum it all up. :(
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

When ever I killed an innocent it was kind of like WOW. Its not like in GTA because in Kotor you actually have the choice to help that person or to be friendly with them so there is that level of interaction unlike gta where there is minimal or no interaction. So there is a kind of connection to the npc that they are a person (in a certain sense) and not just a blob of pixel

The same here, the only time I ever really played evil was in Fable just to see the changes to the main character..Other games, I usually take the good choice, unless it involves some part of the main quest.

I usually feel pretty bad, but not when some npc really irritates me. Then i`ll
crush his head to the floor. I do play many times with my own name, trying to do everything i would really do, and of course improving ME  . Towards the end my actions become more good and good like i would learn how to use my horribly great power (: D ) for the best of the galaxy.BUT I never let those tyrants and really evil guys live, becouse its best for everyone(exept for those I kill, but thats their problem. They shoulnt have chosen the Dark side:laugh: ).

On the other hand when i play darkside, i get carried away by my role and begin enjoying all those cruelties.I kill, frighten or torture anyone I can and laugh at the same time, and it really frightens me :(
YOU DONT KNOW THE POWER OF THE DRUNKSIDE ill beat you up with my bottl ...lightsaber!!!And Drunk Side is a bar in KOTOR1... check these out! http://www.xfire.com/screenshots/drunkside/

I usually play lightside, but once in a while I like to play dark just for the variety.

When I play dark, I find it's quite cathartic to just be a jackass to everybody, kill people for no good reason and say the most screwed-up things you can imagine to my shipmates.

In short, I find it fun. Maybe that's because if this were RL, I'm pretty certain I'd be Sith. :D

Like DesR85, I don't like playing DS at all - doing so makes me feel horrible. Strange huh? It's only a game, I know, but for me it reflects who I am.
