Helm of Holy Fire? (Spoilers)

I was looking on uesp on a unique item list and discovered that apparently there's a Helm of Holy Fire that only appears in rare random loot. So, has anyone found this? And, although I know it's technically random, where did you find it?

I don't recall ever finding it, but it's possible I might have found it when I already had a good helm, and simply sold it. It's armour class is nice, but not even as good as an Indoril helmet, and the enchantment is pathetic.

True. But it's unique, so I feel a need to aquire it.

Not truely unique, it appears in two level lists. It's an original Morrowind item, so ther shouldn't be any chance of finding it in Mournhold or Solsthiem.
