problem casting spells

I have problems with casting the mage knock spell. Its icon apears colorless when i want to cast it. I did rest to memorise it. Anybody. I can cast the spell with scroll.

why is icon for spell not colored like some of them?

Just a question, are you playing a mage, a sorceror or a cleric/mage?

It looks like you are playing a cleric/mage, since your priest spells are not disabled. I know this is probably an obvious question, but is your character wearing armour?
If s/he is, than you won't be able to cast arcane spells...

THANK YOU. I was wearing armour. i'm neewbie to this game so i didn't know that armour disables spells.
