bug in the Henantier-quest?

I'm in Bravil trying to do the Henantier-quest. I've talked to Kud-ei, and she's told me to return when I'm ready. The next time I talk to her, she explains that we won't have to travel far (I'm guessing Hernantier is trapped in is home) but that she can't speak of it more, because someone might overhear. After that, I get the same message each time, and I can't find any way to get Kud-Ei to tell me where Hernantier is or give me the key to his home. I've waited to speak with her when we're all alone (in her room during night), but she still doesn't say anything more. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

Note: I haven't finished the Bravil recomendation yet. Could that make a difference?

I don't remember even getting the Henantier quest before completing the bravil recommendation quest. So that could be the root of your problem. Once you accept Kudei's Henantier quest, she should lead you to his house and explain everything.
