Where do you go/ What do you do to get the deed? Can't find any info on walkthroughs

As for the deed, the first thing you should do is to give the bordello owner lots of beer until he becomes drunk. Then he will go upstairs to sleep. Follow him. In his sleep, he will mention where the deed is hidden. If I recall correctly, he mentions that the deed is located behind a certain tree. Dig around that tree and you'll get the deed.

FYI- there is another way. You can cross-dress an approach him. Here is how:
SPOILERS
(1) Go to a barber and get a clean shave (no hair at all)
(2) Get a full dress outfit- dark, bright, neutral- it doesn't matter which one, just make sure you have the full outfit
(3) Get the readhead wig from the upstairs of the bordello. It is in the cabinet that you can access after doing the deed with one of the women there.
(4) Put on the dress outfit, the redhead wig, and talk to Madame Minsche. After that, talk to Grope, accept his offer, and he will tell you where the deed is.
FYI:
-Your sexuality will forevermore be bisexual
-Grope will give you 1000 gp for the encounter; this can be done an infinite number of times
