The Near Virgins Drinking Den (in other words, a welcome pub for new members)

Post by dragon wench »

Reading over CE's return thread, it occurred to me just how many new members we have.
So, I thought it would be suitable occasion to start up a virtual pub hangout for new and old alike.
:cool:

Hence, Welcome to the Near Virgins Drinking Den :D
Every drink and beverage imaginable is on the menu, from tea and fruit juice to spirits, wine, beer and c0cktails.

There is food too, whatever you fancy, Poutine, Nachos, Burgers, Coq Au Vin, Pizza, Pasta you name it, you can find it here.

Decor is Art Deco combined with 1950s diner style. There's even a jukebox in the corner and a dance floor. However, if anyone wants to play Elvis Presley, I warn you now, there are special tortures in store for you :eek: :p

I invite you to belly up to the bar, have fun, chat and generally get to know one another :D

Does that mean that I can have lutefisk and moonshine? :D (lutefisk tastes like.... nothing IMHO)

And that torture doesn't happen to include whips? My back is itching....

Rule.. if you're either new or a Swedish focal point of cultural energy, you have to dance.
*proceeds to install a pole in the middle of the bar :p

Need a hand with the bartending, DW? I shake a mighty Dirty Martini.

@Fiberfar,
if you really must consume lutefisk, please do it in a private corner where none are forced to observe you... :eek: :p

I'm sure that eventually BS will find his way here though, so I suspect that acquiring moonshine won't be a problem :p
Though we do have some in stock already *pulls out a bottle or two*

Hmmm... I think the idea of torture is that you are *not* supposed to enjoy it, so no whips for you :p

@Tricky,
Hey, we could always use an additional barkeep, so please, hop behind the counter and get shaking :D

LMAO!
How new do you think people should be in order to endure pole dancing? :eek:

Hm.. good point. Scratch new and replace it with 'those who looks good in tanga or similar attire'. Xandax of course doesn't need silly underware. :D

Given what I read earlier today about the worms under his bedcovers... that is *really* disturbing... :speech:

But sure, if you really wanted, I suppose we could turn this into a toga party.. :p

Why does there always have to be a theme? Whatever happened to simply booze and wenching for it's own sake? Sad days these. :p

Since MSN has decided it hates me, it's forced me into the light here though :mad: :D

Heh, togas would be akward. Nudity on the other hand.. :p

Beer, that I can fix. As for the wenching.. that's more DW's field of expertise.

Well, I'd have thought you'd have appreciated the theme :p Afterall if it were just you going a wenching and booze on the menu, we might have trouble luring people in, so it's for your own benefit actually :D

Oh, and welcome to the Light Side :mischief:

@Tricky,
Nah... I don't know if I'd be a very good wench, I think that to be a really premium wench you have to be good at dancing or something, and I'm not :D

Hey, DW, are dogs allowed in this… hmmm… den? I hate to leave him outside. And I assure you, he’ll be more trouble if I leave him alone… He gets very impatient if he waits for long… And look how cute he is! Oh, no, no, don’t be afraid by his size… He's not that big...

( my dog’s voice: ) Hey, boss… Boss! Ask her if there are any stakes in the menu…
( to my dog: ) Shut up you idiot, you’re gonna ruin everything! What did I tell you before? The first impression is veeery important!
( my dog’s voice: ) I always believe it’s the last impression that counts most…
( to my dog: ) If you go on like this, your last impression of me is gonna be really nasty!
( my dog’s voice: ) Ok, ok, I see you have a point… *He sits down, stares at DW in the most loveable manner, and waves his tail*

Sorry about that DW... Now, where were we?….

@Andurbal,
I don't see why your dog wouldn't be allowed, just as long as he doesn't mistake Tricky's pole for a tree, there shouldn't be a problem :D

I don't know about that, but you should feel free to do your favourite Muppet impression, I'm sure everyone here would find it very entertaining :D

I only do impressions of the muppet that used to blow everything up, and I doubt you want that in here. :p

Oh, that's great! Very kind of you... No, he doesn't make that kind of mistakes... But he could always mistake his stake (which he forgot he finished) with Tricky's (who just ordered)... I'll try my best though this doesn't happen...
*my dog is busy at the moment*

Well, I guess I should be happy... But it gets on my nerves when my dog draws more attention than me... (actually, i'm jealous) What about ME? Can I have some Moonshine, too? I've never tried it, what is it? (Sounds better than lutefisk, though :D )

Well I'll leave you to worry about Tricky's steak, I don't want to get involved :D

Ah, well how about a very large tumbler of Moonshine then *passes tumbler* But ask BS about the stuff, he's the expert :D
