I suppose one reason why I shudder is because I am deathly allergic to cod... gives me a serious anaphylactic reaction.

Erk. Two glasses of wine. Oh well, I'll drink the red one. As for the brand, I can't tell, since there was no label on that bottle. Heard one of the Airborne guys got hold of a bottle as well during the Carentan mission but nothing bad happened. The captain wasn't too happy, however:

Sergeant: Hmm. 1943. What a good year. Want one? [dangles bottle in front of another soldier] Heh heh, nice try. Wait your turn. [drinks the bottle of wine]
Captain: I'll have to assume that is grape juice.
Sergeant: Yep, it's grape juice. Well, it was grape juice, about a year ago. [laughter in background] :laugh:
