Both hats with no hero save! (spoilers?)

Hello all,

Here is my character- 100% good, totally maxed, F:TLC, XBox 360, just after completing second Archaeologist quest.

Early on I completed the "donate books" quest and got myself the good wizard hat. That was nice.

In my quest to complete the quest and get the silver key, I have been buying all the books I could and contributing them. I have contributed some more than ones (the sock method, the ugly guide, etc.). So, randomly, I contributed another book, and...

...the schoolmaster gave me the dark wizard hat!!!

I don't know why/how this happened, but now I have both hats. I've never heard of this, beyond herosaving to get both. Has this happened to anyone else?

i guess that microsoft realised that people managed to get both hats with the hero save exploit(and as most people know,the hero save can sometimes mess up your game)so microsoft released a risk free exploit to get both.

i wonder if there is a way to get both SOA and AT now?

Yeah, I have read somewhere that microsoft released a version where you can do all of that. So it is possible. But also does this work for the pc on TLC?
I dont think there is a way to get both turkey chaser, With out hero saving that is...

you cant do it on the pc because its like the original xbox tlc.

but you can use the hero save exploit or a trainer.

they might release a patch though...

you cant hero save to get both SOA or AT on either version of tlc(unknown for 360)many have tried...and all have failed

To get AT you need to be 100% good so if you take the SOA that the end of the normal game then do enough good deeds to redeem your self then go to get AT it might work.

Hmmm, I don't think so. The quest that leads to AT specifically starts with Briad Rose saying something like "It's too bad you threw that sword away, you might need it now...blah blah blah". Maybe, though...
