Is there a time limit on meeting Bodhi?

Is there a time limit on how long you have once Valen appears to side with Bodhi and the vampires in chapter 3? I'd really perfer to put off siding with her just yet and spend my money on better equipment if I can.

As long as you stay out of the graveyard at night you should be fine, I'm aware of no time limit

No, you should be fine.
There is only one place in the game that has actual time limits, that I've ever seen. And you are quite a ways from that point
