i searched enchant, multiple effects, and both together, but couldnt find any help on the forum, i was wondering if there is a way to enchant an item wiht multiple effects. i know you can find items that way, so you must be able to, right?
do you just need a certin level of skill. if so, what skill is it., thank you

You don't need any skill to enchant in oblivion, and yes you can have multiple effects so long as you have the money and do not exceed the charge limit located in the top right corner, but you also need to know the spells.
You need to have both and ice spell and a fire spell if you want fire and ice damage in a weapon, but you CAN make it if you have both spells, enough space on the soulgem, and the gold.
