Armand had Disappeared and is wanted! HELP
Im fairly new in the thieves guild (about 3rd quest) when i got expelled from the guild. I dont have a save that could bring me back before i got expelled. Other members told me to go find Armand, pay the fine then i will be re-instated. I went back to find him, and the guards are everywhere searching for him. I searched his house countless times, waited until midnight at the spot, but still no sign of him. Can some one please help!
I don't know for sure but it could be like a glitch that i had with velina donton,
Go into Armands house, (Don't know where house is because i've never done quest) and see if theres a locked door in there which could lead to a bedroom or a suite where Armand sleeps, either use a spell or lockpick to open the door (Will probaly be locked) and then see if hes in there, save before you do it though. If you need lockpicks theres this guy outside the imperial city near the stables clockwise around the wall called sneaky sam who sells 30 of them.
I have no idea if it will work but it worked with a glitch i had and should for you, if hes in his house.
If not then i have another reccomendation, go onto your active quest page and make sure that re-joining the guild is your active quest, you might find your doing another quest. Also does the arrow on the compas on the bottom of the screen show where to go?
Don't know if it will work

Try this (spoilers)
Sounds like you got expelled at the beginning of a new theives guild quest called "Misdirection". Armand is being hunted by the guards and is in hiding. If you hadn't been expelled you would have been told to see Methredel, who is also in hiding in a house in the Imperial City belonging to another thieves guild member. Normally you would just ask any beggar about Methredel and they would tell you where to find her. Then you go to her and she gives you a quest that gets Lex and his guard into trouble with the Wizards and he has to call off the seige at which point Armand can return. See if S'krivva (in Bravil) can't get you back into the guild. She's got the same position as Armand and is also the person/khajiit that gives you this next quest. Otherwise you should be able to find Armand wandering about the streets of the Imperial City. Try finding him in the Market District in the back alleys and places like that. I'd try S'krivva first and see what she tells you. Good luck.Skiboarder wrote:Im fairly new in the thieves guild (about 3rd quest) when i got expelled from the guild. S'Krivva doesn't like late visitors so her door will be locked after she goes to bed (not sure exactly what time, but pretty sure if it's after midnight you have to wait until the next day). During the day she goes out a lot so if you want to catch her at home the best times are before breakfast or after supper. If she's not home during the day you can look at the Five Claws (where she eats lunch) or the Lonely Suitor.
You shouldn't have to break into S'Krivva's house, but if you can't buy lockpicks from a TG member for whatever reason, go to the stables outside the Imperial City and travel north (counterclockwise) around the outside of the city wall. SPOILER:

Spoiler
A guy called Shady Sam hangs out there and among other things, he sells lockpicks.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
If you need lockpicks, you can find plenty by just opening up crates and barrels around Imperial city or kill lots of goblins. They always seem to have lockpicks on them.
With practice you can pick hard locks easily without breaking picks. Spend time getting used to the speeds that the tumblers fall, and lock them in when they are slow moving.
