Knights of the Nine Sheild Quest: Help Please...(SPOILERS) I am stuck

Post by leasa »

Could anyone help me? I am at the Fort to obtain the Crussaders Sheild (highlight to continue) , but am stuck with trying to figure out the pressure pad thing to open a couple of gates. I turned the first 2 switches which lowered a drawbridge (I could see it lowing from a balcony) , and when I went over the drawbridge, there are 4 x 3 sets of pressure pads & I just can't seem to figure out the puzzle. Got the letter that says to pay attention to the candles, still don't get it. Anyone that could help me? Really appreciate it.

the candles on the sides.
for example, there are two candles next to the first set of three i think. so you go to the second pad and step on it.
same with the others

I know you already figured it out but another way to tell which pad to step on is to step on each one and listen to the sound they make. One pad in each row will have a deeper sounding "clank" that the others. Once you find all four special pads just go back to the front and step on those four in sequence.
