I just killed the elf in the Arena but since I can't loot him I can't get the shield! Is there any other ones in game? It's a great shield worth 15095 gold and resist magic enchantments PLEASE tell me there is one i can actually use

Basically no. But if you're on PC, there are mods that let you get it.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
