i noticed in the GameBanshee equipment data base that there is a belt of cloud and storm giant strength. where exactly are they located? i created the belt of stone giant strength, but that is only +6 to strength, and the others are +8 and +10 respectively.
I don't think you can find them in the campaign. Maybe you can craft them.

I have read on the bioware forums that this can supposedly be crafted by "experimenting" with the recipes. In other words, look at the recipes for the other belts and try to figure it out through trial and error. I believe one of the "tips" you see when loading hints at this.
