Im planning to make a good alignment party for a multiplayer game. But we will still use 5 npc's for game balance reasons. We will be using the following mods: Tactics, at least some of it, ascension and ease of use, only for potion and arrow stacking. And im playing with core rules
For the party i want to bring keldorn, minsc(his quite funny but a plain ranger seems a bit useless to me. He would been so much better as a berserker), Amonen, and Imoen. But im a bit lost when it comes to the last npc. Should i take jahira? I have heard she is a goddess in tob and she have some good quests. But she is a poor fighter in soa and the good party just got so many cleric spell casters. I have also thinking about bringing either Nalia or valygar. Im also a bit confused about my PC i really want to try a ranger/cleric for the strongholds (never tried them) but again there are so many good cleric types. So i think it should be either a sorc, a multiclass fighter/mage or a dual class kensai/mage does any of you have any advice?

If you allow mods, though I have never personally tried it in multiplayer, Tashia will be a good companion to have.
With a sorc in Tashia, and two fighter types in Keldorn and Minsc (a good alternative would be Mazzy, I like her), may I suggest something different for your pc from a role playing perspective? Say, a bard or Thief would be nice for game balance reasons.
Good gaming!

-Keldorn
-Minsc
-Anomen
-Imoen
Tanks? Check. Three of them. Jaheira is an awesome tank by the way even in SoA, but you have plenty.
Healing power? Check. Anomen will be way more than ever needed IMO.
Thief skill? Check. Imoen will cover all your needs.
Arcane magic? Well you have Imoen and she's good enough. However I prefer to have three or four characters with Access to arcane magic in my parties. Maybe the add Kelsey mod? He's a Sorcerer and really well done but kinda annoying. At least he's a bit annoying to me.
PC? Hmm... I'd say more arcane magic. Maybe the bard that was suggested for a change of pace?
You should be pretty well set with what you got so you could add anything really.
