I've levelled to around 21 or 22 twice now with two different characters, and I'm experiencing a glitch now that everytime I sleep I can level. Anyone else experienced that and know how to fix, even though as much as I love to be able to keep leveling, kinda starting to ruin things for me.
Oh, using Windows XP and have the latest patch (I think), the one for Australia to run the downloaded mods besides the latest.
I've never seen anything like that, unless you've accumulated dozens of advancements in major skills without sleeping, after which you would advance every time you sleep until you work through the backlog.
