Keeping health high...

Post by bandgeek »

So most of the other games I play have some sort of health cheat code so if my health is low I can atomatically boost it (I'd think most games have this) Is there one for KotOR?? (system:xbox) Or maybe unlimited med pacs? Any advice is welcome.

-I'm noob w/ this game if you haven't noticed :)

Thanks!

I sometimes feel like I need cheats in Kotor. Sorry if I sound crappy, but I'm not used to rpg's that have a "roll of the dice" combat system. I liked Morrowind better.

Me neither. I'm not very fond of RPGs that uses the D20 system either. Even though I get the hang of it, it still feels weird and awkward for me. :( Anyway, as for cheats, I don't recall I ever coming across cheats that gives you full health or unlimited health packs.

Nope, not for the xbox, but getting into the water at Manaan while your two other companions wait inside the Hrakert base (at one of the three doors where you can go to the bottom of the ocean) will duplicate any items worn by your companions. These duplicated items can be sold for medpacs. Search around on the forum and you shouldn't have too much trouble finding what glitch I mean.

Another Tip for health

I don't know if you know this, but you can use medpacs while the game is paused. This allows a character to heal with a medpac without using up an attack during a round. The same can be done with sheilds. Some times I have found that it can make all the difference in the world during the early parts of the game or for characters with very low vitality. Good luck and happy playing.

unless you are really poor on the game (im not saying you are) then you will win most battles without the need to heal or use millions of medpacks. As long as you have some medpacks (keep a good supply handy) and a jedi in your party who can use heal/cure, then you shouldnt face any problems. Also using drain life/ death field is very handy.
Just remember that when you are out of battle you can heal without having to do so in battle. As long as you are at full health and force before a battle, possibly with stims, shields, force boosters, then you shouldnt have much trouble.
