Rubikon Dungeon

Post by medicface »

Hey, I'm currently in the Rubikon Dungeon, killing constructs on hard.

I've discovered the wizard's hiding place, and am still searching the dungeon on the hard setting for Nodrom. Will I even find Nodrom if I keep searching, or have I screwed up at some point or another?

Every walkthrough seems to say that FIRST you find Nodrom on the hard setting, and THEN you reset the dungeon to hard again to find the wizard. Am I just misunderstanding the wording here, or should I give up on Nodrom?

You don't need to reload. Both are present in the same dungeon. The wizard is always

towards the north
, and Nordom is always

towards the west
. Exactly where they are varies, but that should help.

I also found the wizard first, but I think it's advantadgeous if you have Nordom before you find the wizard.(at least if you want to keep him in the party since it allows more upgrades for him)

The wizard also reappears if you reset the dungeon, so if you need several high level scrolls ...

Nevermind the scroll--go after the rod, or whatever it was called that let you transport back to Sigil. Those suckers will net you 4,000 in local currency, if I recall correctly. Collect several at once (they can also be found as dropped treasure on any level in the dungeon), so you get full value from a merchant for all. Remember, when you return to a merchant a second time to sell the same items, you get significantly less.
