It Took Me For Ever To Find The Ring And It Stunk +5 To Proswade + 5 To Spach Craft For All The Hipe About It In The Game You Would Think It Would Have Better Effects So I've Bin Trying To Create A Better Ring But I Cant Find One To Start With That Holds More Than 120 Inchantment Do You Know Of Any Ring Better Than Equsite In The Game To Starte With Please Reply

Exquisite rings are the rings which hold the most enchantment so you won't find one that holds more.

I was also astounded at how pathetic many of the rewards were for quests in the game, that one in particular. You can improve them using th construction set, but that seems like cheating.

Only the PC version comes with the construction set. So, if you are on XBox, no dice.
