i have killed the leader like i was told to and his frends i talked to the old chefes son and gave him the ring and he sead he would consider becoming leader what do i do know to get him to name me please help because i don't want to go before he does

As I said, the walkthrough here is worth reading.
But, did you remember to collect all of the gear from each of the war mongers that you slew? Several items are critical....

As DW suggested, all this is covered in the walkthrough. If it doesn't work for you, feel free to start up a thread in which you show that you followed the walkthrough and it failed, and we discuss whether it's bugged. But to be honest, it doesn't sound as though you followed everything through.
