Hi, this probably seems like a stupid question. But I couldn't figure out how to light up a flare. Right clicking the active item panel on the interface just give throw options.
Thanks

Go to inventory, and in there right click the flare. There should be "use" option there...
If I recalll correctly, it should be lighted that way...

Why would you want to light a flare?
Thanks for bringing up the flare issue, but my question is why, when and/or where would you want to use one? I've been selling them off whenever I have them cluttering up my inventory.

Thanks for the answer.
Can you possibly set someone on fire with the flare during combat?

that's dubious, really. Flares are only for increasing your % chances of hitting your aim in the dark (i.e. in caves, in the night at the open air).
And flares can be treated as a throwing weapon, but I don't know, whether hitting anybody with flare makes sense...
