Stat increase?

I've heard that by completing BG, you earn yourself extra str and con.

When do you get these stat improvements and can they be chosen by more than humans? Say an elf with 20 dex and the end of the game and 19 str?

You don't just get the stats increases, you'll have to find special tomes that esist on several places in the game. Each of these tomes will raise a special stat by 1, there like 1 tome for each stat in the game (so you could raise all you stats by 1 if you found and used all the tomes).. Howevere i think there are 3 wisdom tomes. And yes, if you are an elf you could get 19 str and 20 dex by using the tomes. All races and characters can use any of the tomes. Squee has given you all the information you need as to how to increase your stats as the gamemakers intended. They can be increased further by exploits,
editing etc. up to 25 in each attribute. If you want to know how, ask, and I can let you know various ways of doing it. However, I would not recommend it.
