Jerro’s Haven and Shandra [SPOILERS]

Entering in the Haven, Shandra is automatically teletransported inside and she is removed from your party. Completing the sequence she is killed without returning with your group, and I cannot retrieve the equipment from her corpse. I want to ask, her equipment is simply lost, or is placed somewhere and retrievable by your character?

When you start chapter 3 Ammon Jerry will be in your party and will carry Shandra's equipment
