Saving the day tactics...??

Post by Dgen »

Couldn't find a thread on this with search so sorry in advance if i am repeating anything.

I am interested to find out what tactics other people use when running to the rescue and facing large hoards of bad guys, like when bandits are carving up traders you need to speak to, or Rescue the archaeologist quest.

I tie them up with lightning + Max as i approach, when they group up to attack me i battle charge into the mix to knock them all down then unleash Divine Fury + Max, if any get back up after that i use slow time, heal the victims first before i hack my way into surviving bad guys. Work's for me......

What tactics do you use ?

When it comes to fighting numerous enemies, I always use Enflame, Battle Charge and Berserk (sometimes simultaneously, sometimes not). I also use Ghost Swords as well to keep the others busy during a fight. ;) Never used spells like Divine Fury or Eternal Wrath as they take a very long time to charge.

Slow Time is crucial. Then sprinkle in multi hit, berzerk, and/or physical shield. If you want, Enflame can work well too. But Slow time is surprisingly effective.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about Slow Time. Yeah, that spell is quite useful to me too. :D Physical shield, I also use quite often too especially to rack up high combat multipliers and for protection. ;)

Slow time is a very helpful spell, with multi arrow you can devastate any boss.

Never really used Enflame, only when i get bogged down...otherwise i just use physical shield and hack away to up my hit multiplier and exp.
