I don't know if this will work but try to quit the game, start it back up and load the autosave. Sorry that I can't help much because I never encountered this problem before and this is what I did in another game when it comes to serious bugs.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

The easiest solution would be to save whenever you feel you need to, such as just before a hard battle or before a conversation that could alter your alignment depending on dialogue choices.

However that could mean saving quite often so possibly just saving on entering a new area would be the best bet.

Unless the solution given by the other member helps, which looks pretty logical to me.

This happened to me when a power cut shut down my pc mid game. The only way i could find to fix it was to back up my save games (by copying the save folder to my documents) and then reinstalling the game before copying the save games back again.

Thats one advantage of the xbox version. Saving and Loading is a lot simpler than on the PC. And problems with it are less likely to arise.

Not everyone has an Xbox nor do they want an Xbox. Plus you cannot restore the cut content on an Xbox like they are doing for the PC versions. This thread is about solving the member's problem, not advertising the Xbox.
