Activate item : what does it do?

In toolset, I create a new item and assign the following property.
Cast spell : Activate Item (Single use). Then I tried it out and can't
figure out wat it does. Can anyone tell me?

It wont have any effect coz there's much tinkering to do and u have to put a script i think... LOL, i remember when i made my character w/ custom equips using the toolset! Nweiz, try finding the ring that summons a Red Ancient Dragon.. very cool!

well then i suppose other stuff like "Add item property and "Clear Sequencer" are as complicated as well. Thanks 4 the reply.
