Harry Potter and the Awful Authoress
If you thought the writing of the film was bad Fable, don't ever try reading the books. The dialogues (especially in the early books) are all 'he said, she said, he said' never a replied, uttered, stated etc. etc.
What I found interesting is when the first book came out my nephew (who was the same age as Horrible Harry) thought the book was great. But as he grew older, and better educated his opinion of each successive book went down further and further. To the point where he slagged off the last book even more than I did, and has no intention of wasting his time on the ultimate book in the series.
