are you friggin kidding me? a 4 year old has a record of inappropriate physical contact, because he hugged a teachers aide and his head was in her chest? O-M-G! that is the stupidest thing ive ever heard of, and with a dropout step dad, trust me, ive heard it all, except this until now...whats this world coming to when a 4 year old cant hug a teachers aide without getting a record? are they going to outlaw hugging in marriage as well?

That aide has no business being in a school around children of any age and should be removed.

The parent should also sue the school district and the aide to have all items regarding the incident removed. Who knows what kind of trouble such an innocent action may cause when in high school or college.

That is just redicules If someone cannot tell the difference between I hug from a four year old and "sexual contact" then said person must have some thing seriosly wrong with them and as I think someone else already said does not have any buissnes being at a school let alone any other place were they might reseve quote on quote "un wanted pysical/sexual contact.
