brewing potions and scribing scrolls

having installed the expansions, i have the extra feats and prestige classes available.

i've never finished the OC, so i started again with a cleric (planning on adding a couple of levels of fighter/dwarven defender). my first feat has been scribe scroll.

i can't for the life of me figure out how to scribe my scrolls. i've tried the radial menu but can't find it. do i need to buy the blank scrolls? if so, are they only in the expansion merchants?

I think you have to buy them and use spells on scrolls.

About merchants, i have no clue but i suppose they are only in expansions.

You need empty flasks and blank scrolls to use those feats and as they were added wit hthe expansions you can only buy these in SoU and HotU, so the feats are worthless in the OC.
