Karina? Axle says shes in the inn next to the district gate. I've checked everywhere and cannot find her. Or is she hiding in the inn? Presumably it is the one that Duncan runs

She's not in the Inn, she's behind it. Walk up to the gate that leads to Blacklake, then turn right. There is a small alcove between two or three houses, Karina will be standing there.

Ergh, forgot - it's also not the Sunken Flagon, but the Inn in the Merchant District! It's on the same map as Axle's house.
