The only way I've found to switch sides is by using Endrek's 'Sixth House' mod, which you can download here: Endrek Sar's Oblivion Gate - Mods, excellent mod IMO, like all of Endrek's work.
Distrbution of games, is becoming a little like Democracy (all about money and control) - in the end choice is an illusion and you have to choose your lesser evil.

Remember to put a spoiler tag on threads like this that usually wind up giving away information about gameplay/quests/plot content.
I added the tag to the thread this time, just try and remember to do it yourself from now on.

Actually Dagoth Ur didn't use the tools cause Vivec and the other two took the tools after they used them,Dagoth Ur bonded with the heart of Kannd some other way...or whatever the hearts name is....I forget.

If the cd is damaged then you will either have to contact Bethesda customer support or just buy a new copy. There might be a download site that you can purchase the copy legally but you can also get the game new or used at very low prices off ebay etc. Just have a look around.zykethehellfire wrote:P.S. Since you need to get a new copy, I'd strongly suggest finding the Game of the Year Edition.
If you aren't aware already, this will give you access to some excellent mods (as well as two very good expansions).
Prices at Amazon range from around $11 to $28 (US). It's really not at all a bad deal.
Or, even better, go for their "Better Together" package which gives you Morrowind GOTY and Baldur's Gate Two: The Ultimate Collection for $30.... amazing value there!

If you've ordered something on amazon before, ordering an item is as quick as getting in a car.
Morrowind HAS to have a disc to work so you can't download it off the internet.
