Where is he? I havent seen him on any of my plays. Does he appear in some update, couse i dont like them and removed those.

Spoilers :He is on Korriban inside the Sith Academy training to be a Sith.

Sithdog is right but there's more.

Spoilers: You have to get all the way through the conversations with Carth to the point where he tells you about Dustil. Then you have to take Carth with you when you leave the Ebon Hawk on one of the planets BEFORE you get to Korriban. An old friend of Carth's will come up and tell him that Dustil is on Korriban. After that he'll appear in the dormitories of the Sith Academy on Korriban, but you won't be able to do anything with him unless Carth is in your party when you find him.
