is there a way to wait say for 4 hours without sleeping and acually waiting 4 hours

The back button on 360 or the "T" key on PC will let you wait up to 24 hours without sleeping. Alternatively you can just get up and make a sandwich or something - I don't know the exact ratio of game time to real time, but passing 4 hours in-game should only take a matter of minutes in real time.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

The ratio of game time to real time is exactly 1sec=1minute so 4hours would be 4 mins in real life
