Welcome to Gamebanshee Chigger :)

Just a pointer about posting: When you create a thread, try to make the title so that it reflects the content of the thread as you would be more likely to get people viewing the thread as well as a reply. I'll change the title for you this time.

In reply to your problem: You need to go to your desktop shortcut for Redemption and right click on it, then select properties. Go to the shortcut tab and look at the 'Target' bit. It should say something like:

"C:\Program Files\Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption\Vampire.exe"

To set up the console you need to change the target to:

"C:\Program Files\Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption\Vampire.exe" -console

Click OK to exit and then use this shortcut to start Redemption. Now the console should open when you press ~ (or whatever key works on your keyboard - on mine it is actually the ¬ key)

When I try adding console to the exe. I get a not valid error message. This happened on another game too. Any ideas why?

Ok, for the heck of it I used a ~ instead of -. It accepted it, but didn't allow me to use the console of course. I then tried with - again and it worked! Console works in game too. Strange, but maybe try that if any of you have the same problem.
