Big Bucks!

Post by JustoLee »

I´m so tired right now... I´ve got

6 in Guile

Starting Funds

And I bought emeralds at the shop in Oaksvale, but as someone else said in a thread, "Buy up all of his emeralds and then sell them back to him"

Problem is, I bought them all, but he always have new ones on delivery, so when i wanna sell them to him, I got no profit, instead, Humongous Loss! I´ve got 300 of his emeralds.

And I´ve tried to sell them to other traveling tradesman, but the profit is´nt nowhere like, some of you other guys "1.000.000." Lottery Winnings, I can only sell it back to, One Guy, One Time, and ther´s not plenty tradesmen who wants to take them...

...and the selling your house with stuff in, my god, I´m getting dizzy...

I thought about it, and maybe it´s an Xbox thing?

So, I wanna get rich, living & trying...

Someone... Ideas?

I´ll be glad to give Emeralds to those who wanna help me:angry:

Hello and welcome to the forums, JustoLee. :)

Your guile is quite high but not all traders will buy at a high price no matter what level your guile is. Try selling your emeralds to the item trader in Bowerstone South. You'll be bound to get a handsome profit by doing the buy and sell trick. :)
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

The Legendary Spellwarrior called Deathbringer...

...has been broken down in the search for Gold :(

DesR85; Thx, I feel at ease here, I´m making myself at home :D

But frustrating as it is, The Bowerstone South item dealer, did´nt work... I´ve checked everyone else, but the only dealers are...

Item Guy, at the Door of BS
Clothing guy, at the first house from there to the left...
Item Guy, straight ahead, The tavern... But Nooo
and then a weapons guy.

Same as before happend, or even worse, I could´nt even sell one to him (blackmarked, as in, the bloak does´nt want them)

This does´nt look good...

I did´nt want to cheat that bad, i just wanted to become Paladin at Avos Place, and Buy the most expensive stuff, just to...

Turkey Chaser; I use Ye Olde xbox, can that be a problem anyway? Do you have friends with fable & xbox? Are they rich as trolls? If that is so, i´ll have to kill someone responsible for this...

Now i´m of to try the Physical Shield at Cliffside Path, and just chop them with my hungry sword or Enflame them... See if that works, Probably not... I would´nt be surprised if there was a sign there saying "Max Total Killing limit 20 undead, just for you JustoLee..."

I went to the trader camp in darkwood and saw that he had 60 kegs of beer (which is way more than his stock is supposed to hold) and I bought them all, because they were really cheap, since he had so many. The price for them went back up, so I sold them back to him and made about 3,000 gold from it. I did that over and over and when I got bored, I realized that i had made around 200,000 gold. :)
If you try it he might not have that many beer kegs, so it's best to bring some with you.

I did that a few times. I realised that the more expensive the trophy, the more money you make each time you sell it. It says somewhere that trophies increase the value of the house. The best houses to do that in are the ones with multiple trophy stands. Like the marital home in Oakvale.
