after ammon jerro tells you to goto the area in the mountais to speak with the dragon, you meet the dragon near overlook on the lake. My problem is about 50 ingame feet before the outlook, the movable terrain dissapears. I cannot walk anywhere near the outlook and it is treaded as scenery area >_< AAAAARRRGHHHH! any ideas what i can do?
Did the cut-scene with the Black Dragon dialogue play? Once the cut-scene plays you know everything you need to know and you can't approach there.

Yes, it is. Once you travel to the area and take a few steps into the path a cut-scene plays with the Black Dragon initiativing dialogue with you and your party. If you didn't get it, I suggest you load your last saved game and try it again.
