Where are her quarters in Vivec, I can't seem to find them.

Vivec can be a maze at times....if I remember correctly it is near where she worked.

They are in the library, not the actual library but the area where the library is (I think its called the Hall of Wonder or something like that) Her room is at the top of some stairs leading off the main hallway.

They are in the Hall of Wisdom. About midway down the hall there is a corridor with stairs leading up, I'm pretty sure her quarters are somewhere around there.

That's what I meant, but you did a better job of explaining it

Also, the door to her chambers will be locked, and is at the end of the short corridor at the top of the stairs that DW is referring to
