The above is the easiest way....just have put it in her memorized list and rest.
To get it for your character, you should be able to purchase the scroll in town from one of the miscellaneous vendors (like Sand, Temples, Deekin, etc.).
Doesn't Elanee pretty much have to be in your party to do this quest? She definitely has all the spells required, though, as noted, you may need to select them and rest.
