Knights of the Nine quest not updating? (spoiler unlikely)

Spoke with the Prophet and guard, got the wayshrine map, but when I go pray at an altar, my journal does not update?

Is the journal going to update for each one? Is there a specific order they have to be visited?

Thanks for any help.
