Blade of Aihonen - HoW

Am I correct in assuming that Lonelywood is within a dragons flight distance of Lac Dinneshere? I have a party member equipped with the Blade so I need to know if I am getting the +5 bonus. Not really sure what a dragons flight is distance wise.
Every day above ground is a good day.(Unless your an Illithid)

Keep the blade. Because of it it's better to start HoW after the main game.
