Altar of Enchanting Problem
I want to enchant some items with chamelion. I have a filled Azuras star (1600) and some blank clothes. I have a couple chamelion spells that i personally own in my inventory. I go to the altar and chamelion is not listed as an effect i can put on it. there are plenty of other choices but not one for chamelion. I have a couple chamelion spells like i said before. Help!

Some spells aren't allowed for enchantment in oblivion for some odd reason.
Go to planetelderscrolls and search for "Enchantment" in the oblivion mod section, you'll find a mod or two that allows all spells for use in enchantment.

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Zan11dar is right, unless you have the spell in your book and have enough skill in Illusion to cast it (25 IIRC) you can't enchant an item with it.
PS Id advise not raising your chameleon to 100 anyway, it's a real game killer.
