fin gleam???

I've heard of a magical helmet called a fin gleam, i think thats what its called?

Anyway i need to know where to find it as it apparently gives you night vision and the ability to breathe under water. So does anyone know where to find it???

I'm pretty sure this site has a map telling you where it is if not i saw it on another site a google earth map that showed its exact location
