Davik's Estate...help! (SPOILERS)
Ok, I ran out of spikes for disableing the security in the hanger containing The Ebon Hawk. I have been everywhere in his estate and I'm not able to return to the hideout to go buy spikes. What can I do to get Spikes?

If you look at the walkthrough, there is a bounty hunter walking the halls at number 5. Kill him and he has a security pass card so you won't have to use spikes.

Check the walkthrough and use search to find answers first, since it's easiest and gives you what you want immediately.
Second, per the sticky thread at the top of the forum, always put a SPOILER tag in a thread like this one. I'll change it here, but you're on your own in the future.
