G3 MARVIN Mode
My old instructions for entering MARVIN mode in G2 don't seem to work in G3 (different letters C for Character Screen vs B for Book, etc.) Has anyone seen a clearly-stated instruction for invoking MARVIN in G3? Thanks much!
What does the MARVIN mode do? As for the MARVIN mode, I'm not sure if it's present in Gothic 3. Perhaps doing a search at the JoWood forums might yield some answers. Haven't tried this as I don't know what it is.Simon-Magus wrote:My old instructions for entering MARVIN mode in G2 don't seem to work in G3 (different letters C for Character Screen vs B for Book, etc.) Has anyone seen a clearly-stated instruction for invoking MARVIN in G3? ''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

I see. Then, I think that this mode might not exist in Gothic 3 as editing the .ini file is enough to enable the cheats (according to most gaming sites).Fiberfar wrote:MARVIN-mode enables cheats.

Have you tried to close the game and start it back up to see if this problem still persist or not? I know that some of the problems can be solved by doing so (a simple reload won't work. Tried it before and those problems still persist).

It's possible to activate it. Just type the word 'marvin' in the game and the cheat will be activated instantly. Type the same word again to deactivate it. Tried it before many times in Gothic 3.dawcio wrote:Marvin mode doesn't appear in gothic 3
