Is there anyway to un-enemy?

Hey,

I'm finishing up the paladin quests(save the girl from bandits) when all of the sudden she turns red on me and i can't initiate dialogue to have her go down and talk to the uncle guy. i dont know why she turned red, i did let the assasins upstairs, but they didn't kill her, so whats the deal? i tried charming her and having her walk downstairs, but that doesn't work and i still can't initiate dialogue with a charmed character. im getting so frustrated im thinking about killin her for sh_ts and giggles. can anyone help me with this. do i have to start over from my last save point(which is far away, i lapsed on the whole quiksave thing)?
