Guards shoot at me.

Stark, plus the cops in NCR shoot at me for no reason. any idea why? No one else attack :S

Edit: They even shoot at me when I am not using armor, nor have any weapons on.

I can think of a few reasons why they'd shoot you.

1: One of your followers has a weapon equiped.
2: You killed someone in NCR using a weapon.
3: You attempted to open the lockers in NCR jail.
4. You had a weapon equiped in town.

Not 100% sure if this affects to NCR guards, but do you have Child Killer -status?
