Do i have to do blades?

I'm a healer now, and i sorta stole something from cassius and he kinds wants to kill me really bad now if i go into his house. Do I really have to do anything for blades or can i concentrate on being a healer now? The game automatically decides you're in blades when you go to him but if i'm a healer, I can ignore that, right? thank you

Well the Blades quest is the main quest in Morrowind....
if not far along in the game, I would suggest a previous save before the deed, or a start over...

You don't have to do the main quest sequence in the game, if you don't want to. It's not required, and there are plenty of other quests available. Plus, if you're running the PC version, you can add a variety of excellent quest mods.

Of course, if you're on the PC side, there are also console commands to cause an NPC to like you, and to stop fighting you.

Give him a month or so. he'll calm down. Besides how far along the main quest are you?

use a calm spell on him, then get his disposition really high, like 90-100
admire/bribe him, or u can use a charm spell, but that wont be permanent
