''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
New video preview Gamespot -video feature
Dead end on Witcher official site's opening page
Nothing happened via the dialup, no menu, no live links, somewhat like the Flash Player animation on Atari's web site that keeps you out unless you have the very latest flash player version, and puts no error message on screen if you do not want that critter updated, due to its overuse by annoying advertisers to create strobing effects.
(Later: the gaming box in the other room has even less of a Flash Player add-in for Sea Monkey, but it does have the broadband modem, and I used it to view the two videos I could get to run on or from Gamespot -- the one from last year was "closed", whatever that meant. While in there, I tried the game's official site again. On broadband, it had live links. I also noted the saddest aspect in the situation -- Atari will publish it stateside. Too darn bad there.)
