Party Member Side Quest Endings

Where do the quests end for the characters?
I plan on finishing all of them but i am only sure I have ever finished Zaalbars(Kashyyk), Canderous(fellow Mandalorian guy fight), Mission(Brother) but i have yet to finish the others- any help would be awesome thanks

Juhani's ends when you have killed the guy who destroyed her family, Jolee's sidequest ends when you have completed his friend's trial on Manaan but his dialogue continues afterwards (and can continue after going to the Star Forge system) and ends when he explains fully why he decided to come with you, HK's "sidequest" ends once he regains his memories, T3 doesn't have a sidequest, Carth's ends once you have either killed or saved Dustil, Bastila's ends once you find her father's holocron and take it to her mother (although you can continue the conversations with her afterwards still)
