I have completed the mission on the main floor, went and talked to whats his name and was told to proceed to second floor, Morohem explained that i am ready(blah,blah). I removed all my equipment(yes I mean everything) and I still can't open any of the doors. Please help!

You need to talk to that monk on the 8 chambers floor, and tell him you're ready. He'll teleport you in.
